KUALA LUMPUR: The coming iProperty.com Expo, which showcases properties and home interior products and services, is expected to attract more than 50,000 affluent home buyers and owners.
The event, jointly organised by the iProperty.com group and Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank), will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from Jan 1 to 3 next year.
Among the developers taking part are SP Setia, Mah Sing, Sime Darby, IJM, AP Land, Mutiara Goodyear, Equine Capital, Glenmarie Cove, Kumpulan Lebar Daun, and Land & General.
In a statement yesterday, iProperty.com, the owner and operator of property and real estate website www.iproperty.com.my, said another developer, Ideal Homes from Penang, will showcase its latest development in the island which was launched recently.
The expo will also exhibit cutting-edge home and kitchen product technologies from LG, KitchMate, Getha and Nesh, it said.
Maybank will offer a wide range of home loans, both conventional and Islamic, at the competitive interest rates during the expo, it added.
The iProperty.com Expo saw more than RM100 million worth of properties transacted when it was last held in July this year at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The next line-up of iProperty.com Expos will be from May 21 to 23 next year at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, from July 30 to Aug 1 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and from Oct 23 to 24 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. ai??i?? Bernama
