Celcom launches new Executive Plan as part of sales extravaganza

KUCHING: Celcom Malaysia
Berhad yesterday launched a new
Executive Plan which offers big
savings, discounts and rewards for
its customers here.

Chung said the new plan was a
powerful, flexible yet easy to
understand single postpaid
plan tailored to fit the needs and
usage behaviour of all Celcom customers.
“With a monthly fee of only RM50,
the Executive Plan offers customers
with up to 30 per cent discounts on
all their local calls and SMSes,” he
said at the launching of the Celcom
Sales extravaganza at its office in Satok.
He said the discounts would be
automatically given every month and
for new Celcom users, a sign up
bonus with 60 minutes call time and
60 SMSes free would be given away
for the first six months.
Choo added that current Celcom
postpaid customers who were
interested in the new plan could
upgrade their plan at the nearest
Celcom branches.
The new plan was launched in
conjunction with Celcom Sales
Extravaganza nationwide which will
last until March 31, he said.
“Celcom is the first
telecommunication service provider
launching a sale on
telecommunication products at such
a big scale here.
“The sale promises customers
exclusive promotions and discounts
on its products and services such as
Xpax prepaid, postpaid, Channel,
enterprise solutions and Celcom
broadband,” he said.
Others are special discounts and
offers on latest mobile phones,
BlackBerry devices, 3.5G USB
modem, Channel X mobile
downloads, broadband bundle
packages and free smses upon
purchase of an Xpax Starter Pack.
“During the sales, customers can
buy a hand phone from as low as
RM138 and the 3.5G USB Modem is
sold at only RM699.
“And for new Celcom Xpax users
who purchase the Xpax Starter Pack,
you get to enjoy 3,000 free SMSes in
three months,” he added.
The Celcom Sales Extravaganza
will take place at all Celcom branches
in Kuching which are at its branch
offices in Satok, Central Park and
Jalan Haji Taha.
Other participating channel
partners here are Celcom branches
at Wisma Wan in Tabuan Jaya,
Electra House and Wisma Saberkas.
Also participating in the sales are
channel partners at Sing Kwong
Supermarket Sdn Bhd and Sarawak
Electra House Shopping Centre in
Sibu; E-Mart Commercial Centre
and Wisma Pelita Tunku in Miri and
Limbang Plaza in Limbang and Park
City Mall in Bintulu.
