Come new year’s eve today, celebrate the occasion with the sumptuous spread of much loved cuisine at Orchid Garden Coffee House’s International Buffet Dinner.
Guests will be treated to a tantalising and bountiful line-up of global favourites.
Choose from enticing starters such as fresh mussels, tiger prawns, oyster shooter with condiments, Gravadlax salmon with parsley cream and an assortment of sushis, makis and sashimis.
A wide variety of salads and tapas are available at the Salad Bar, with selections such as fresh Mesclun salad, Teriyaki grilled chicken salad, asparagus with balsamic dressing and pine nut, beef Roulade with Pesto sauce, and fresh prawn with mango and salsa.
Also, sip from delectable broths of seafood combo and beef consomme with chicken wanton.
Guests will also be served buttered fresh Barramundi fillet with chilli padi and curry leaves, air-flown oven baked beef tenderloin, lamb Mignon, Wasabi mash and tomato compote, as well as duck breast with balsamic plum reduction from the Chaffing Dishes section.
At the Carving Station, there is air-flown Rib Eye and Lamb Saddle, on top of grilled dishes like cube roll steak, Sirloin steak, and a selection of sausages with condiments.
Freshly-baked items such as Squid ink bread, onion roll, herb bread, and Bruschetta are also available on the menu.
Finished off the buffet with selections of desserts, consisting of Crème Brulee, Tiramisu in glass, Crepes and Waffle with condiments, handmade House ice-cream, New Year skewer, Panacotta, among others.
This lavish buffet is available at RM90++ per person, from 7 pm to 10 pm.
Apart from that, the hotel is having a new year countdown at its Rajang Lobby Lounge.

After all the partying, revellers can adjourn to Orchid Garden Coffee House’s New Year’s Eve Supper Buffet that’s available from 11.30 pm to 2 am.
Priced at RM45++ per person, the supper spread offers favourite midnight snacks such as sandwiches, warm soup and porridge with a wide array of condiments.
For those who like heavier supper items, there is chicken and duck rice, Mee Goreng, Roti Canai, Laksa Sarawak and many more.
Celebrations are not over just yet on January 1 as the hotel’s chefs prepare even more delectable offerings at its Seafood Buffet for guests to usher in the start of 2010.
Commemorate the special day with a tempting gastronomic fare of fresh seafood dinner, in addition to appetising local and international delicacies.
